The beginning of 2016 is coming right up and that also means that the end of 2015 is here. While I firmly believe that the most important thing is not what is already done but what remains to be done, I also believe that the greatest learning occurs upon reflection.
Reflection lets us know if what we’re doing is working and if we’re on the right track.
