Our dedicated team of Certified Personal Trainers will set up a customized program based on your specific goal(s), and your current abilities. Your training program will be designed to get you to your goal(s) as quickly, and safely as possible.
You might feel apprehensive about starting a training program with people you don’t know in a place you’ve never been. The truth is, most people feel that way when they’re thinking about starting! Then, after coming in and meeting the friendly trainers and the amazing members at Fitness Ranes, they want to kick themselves for waiting so long to start with us!
The hardest part really is getting started. Once you make it in, we’ll put a smile on your face.

If you’ve got a deadline to meet, or if you’re a person that believes in working at maximum efficiency, then personal training is the right program for you.
You can work with our personal trainers in a couple of different ways.
Previously known as “Semi-Private Training”, this format has become so popular that we now just refer to this as “Personal Training”. In this type of training session, you’ll work on your personalized training program for your unique body & goal. Your training partner(s) will have their own personalized program that they are following. This is the most popular way that people utilize personal trainers at Fitness Ranes.
Cost: Approximately $40-$60 / Session

It’s all about you. If you prefer the classic 1-on-1 sessions with a personal trainer, private sessions with a coach at Fitness Ranes is what you’re looking for. Private sessions include everything mentioned above with one distinct difference: it’s just you and your trainer.
