The truth is, most people feel that way when they’re in the “thinking about it” stage! We’ve been doing Personal Training for many years and we often see & hear the same pattern over & over again:

- person schedules an appointment to come in & chat (at this point, the person is usually very nervous)
- they make the trip to Fitness Ranes, meet the friendly trainers and the amazing members

You can work with our personal trainers in a couple of different ways.
Previously known as “Semi-Private Training”, this training format has become so popular that we now just refer to this as “Personal Training“. In this type of session, you’ll work on your own customized training program for your unique body and your unique goal. Your training partner(s) will have their own customized program that they are following. This type of session the way most people utilize the Personal Trainers at Fitness Ranes.

It’s all about you. If you prefer the classic 1-on-1 sessions with a personal trainer, Private Training sessions with a coach at Fitness Ranes is what you’re looking for. Private Training sessions include everything mentioned in a Personal Training with one distinct difference: it’s just you and your Personal Trainer 1-on-1.
